The recalled product is our Tummy Time Gallery (wg8051), sold individually and in gift sets and bundles. This recall is being conducted in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The plastic window contains a level of pthalates that exceeds the federal pthalate ban.

If you have a Tummy Time Gallery, please stop using it and follow the instructions below. The Tummy Time Galleries included in this recall are from PO# 630, PO# 637, PO# 644, PO# 647, PO# 650. See below for information on where to find the PO#. If you are unable to find the PO# on your product please email us at  tummytimerecall@weegallery.com for more information.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND You must fill out the form below and destroy the product. To destroy the product, cut along the fabric in two places, between the panels. See image below for cutting instructions. In the form, upload a picture of your cut pieces, as well as the Affirmation of Disposal form. Once these documents are received, you will be issued a refund in the form of a check by mail in the amount of $39.95, which will be sent in 2-4 weeks.
