Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipments

We offer free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $100 (pre-tax). Expedited shipping options are also available.

Shipping Time

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. If you have selected overnight delivery at checkout, we do recommend you contact Wee Gallery at info@weegallery.com to confirm the expedited shipping request.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Please contact us if you need urgent support at info@weegallery.com.

Once a shipment leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Please contact the carrier if you experience any issues with your shipment. Wee Gallery is not responsible for shipping delays created by the carrier.

International Shipments  

International shipping options are available.  We will ship to most locations and all shipping charges will be assessed at checkout.  The shipping costs will be calculated directly from the carrier, based on the size and weight of the order placed.  

We do not collect or pay for VAT or import duty taxes at checkout. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all relevant taxes are paid.

We are not responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us at info@weegallery.com and we will be more than happy to assist you!

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and accepted by the carrier, a tracking number will be provided to you via the email you used for ordering.

Custom Prints

Custom Prints require an approval process and will ship separately from the allother items on your order. You will not be charged extra for this shipping.
