Returns

We gladly accept new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition with a receipt from weegallery.com for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Return requests made within this timeframe will receive a complimentary return label. Items must be in original condition with tags attached, used or washed items will not be accepted. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

*Please note that only one free exchange will be provided per order. Additional return requests can be made on a single order; however subsequent requests will be issued less a return fee of $5.99.

Gift Returns

Items received as a gift from weegallery.com with a receipt can be returned for store credit or exchanged for an item of equal value. The policy and requirements above apply to gift returns as well. Items must be in original condition with tags attached, washed items will not be accepted. Gift Cards are not refundable.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase

  2. Email info@weegallery.com with your order number or reference number with request for exchange or return.  Please specify store credit or refund.

  3. Upon submitting your return request, you will be provided with a return shipping label and return receipt. If you are choosing to return rather than exchange.

  4. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your return receipt in the package.

  5. Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.

  6. Take the package to your nearest drop-off location.

  7. The exchange or refund will be processed once the items have been checked in.

  8. You will receive an email notification upon completion of your request.



Refunds
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or in-store credit. All domestic gift returns receive store credit. Please allow 5-10 business days upon returning your items to receive the payment or in store credit. Shipping costs are not refundable.



Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to damage or having received a duplicate item, send us an email at info@weegallery.com. You will be provided with a return authorization and then please send your item to:

The return authorization and a copy of the email must be included in the return package. Once the item is received, a store credit will be issued via email.

 

International Customers

International customers wishing to make returns can email Customer Service, info@weegallery.com, for our International Return Policies and shipping costs.



Changes and Cancellations

To cancel or modify your order, please contact us at info@weegallery.com as soon as possible. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4pm EST. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping processes are designed to be highly efficient, and once an order has entered the shipping phase, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

If packages are returned to Wee Gallery, Inc. due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Wee Gallery Inc. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wee Gallery, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Wee Gallery, Inc. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.
