RECALL NOTICE

We have announced a recall of the Wee Gallery Ocean (WG5021) and Safari (WG5022) wooden tray puzzles in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The octopus or elephant pieces may break, creating a potential choking hazard.

If you have one of these puzzles, please immediately take the recalled puzzle(s) away from children. The puzzles included in this recall are from PO# 582, PO# 600, and PO# 608. See below for information on where to find the PO#. If you are unable to find the PO# on your puzzle please email us at puzzlerecall@weegallery.com for more information.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A SHOP CREDIT mark each piece with an “x” with permanent ink (like a sharpie), take a picture of the marked pieces, and then throw the entire puzzle away. Please send us the picture of the marked pieces, as well as the Affirmation of Disposal form to puzzlerecall@weegallery.com, and we will issue you a refund in the form of a $35 gift certificate towards any purchase on weegallery.com .

The recall includes Wooden Tray Puzzle - Ocean, and Wooden Tray Puzzle - Safari, with PO# 582, PO#600, or PO#608. Any Wee Gallery Wooden Tray Puzzle with a PO#619 or above and dated after May 2021 is not included in this recall.
